| Dropco multilub systems has introduced motorised lubrication systems/ units. They have been designed for delivering a predetermined amount of oil to the various lubricating points of machines through the metering devices. An electric motor of single phase/ three phase drives this lubrication unit. Units are made to meet the need of the machine and demand of its customers. This system is designed to run intermittently with the least human interference. An electronic timer/controller is used to control this system. The system includes a reservoir, an electric motor, a rotary pump with positive displacement, pressure relief valve, pressure gauge, suction strainer, float switch and pressure switch if required. This lubrication system is widely used in friction prone areas, in different kinds of industries, e.G., machine tools like power presses, printing presses, rubber processing machines, woodworking machines, sugar plant, cement plants, stone cutting machines, and shearing machines.
