| Polycraft is the manufacturer and supplier of polyurethane metering pumps, hd 20/35 series. The metering pumps are positive displacement double acting piston pumps. Product details: all sizes in range of 1:1 to 4:1 can be supplied as desired by customers. The company uses high carbon ptfe seals for piston and cylinder; and two pressure switches [one for iso and one for polyol]. There is a deactivating hydraulic circuit that works as a safety back up when pressure increases beyond set point [alternatively digital pressure controller can be provided]. The piston packing is self-adjusting type. The overpressure switches stop the hydraulic motor in case of unsafe overpressure situations. A lube cup filled with pump lube avoids the hardening of the isocynate on the iso-pumps shaft. The retract switch automatically positions the pistons completely within the cylinder to ensure an extended packing life. Technical features of the polyurethane metering pump: all electronic switches are best quality mcb for required amperage, and in line filter for higher area and quick opening. Quite ball bearing mounted casters facilitate moving and positioning of the metering unit. The capacity is in range of 17 liter/mm opposed piston pumping with iso side dop lubrication. The hose is heated teflon type of hose. The primary heater directly heats the chemicals and it is controlled by two neuro-fuzzy pid controllers, one each for iso and polyol [max 6 kw per component, total 12 kw]. Material supply is delivered by two 2:1 transfer pumps directly out of the materials drums.
