| Gala equipments manufactures trough vibratory finishing system for large & heavy workpieces as per international standards. These systems are available with a working principle similar to round vibratory finishing machine except that instead of round bowl, heavy-duty rectangular trough is used where components; media, chemicals and water are loaded. Special vibration mechanism generates vibration resulting in powerful motion between media and parts for required finishing. The arrangement can also be done for separation of parts from media. Trough vibratory finishing system is applicable for deburring and finishing of large and lengthy work pieces like connecting rods, machine shafts, axles, lcvs and hcvs steering rods, earth moving parts, hydraulic cylinder and its parts, propeller and its shafts, turbine shafts, impellers and blades, two wheeler silencer, heavy machined parts, castings and many more.
