This provides the normal greyish phosphated finish on the components. Now, many foreign and domestic buyers have started demanding a shining steel finish on the clutch plates. The company has introduced a proprietary process, by which it is possible to achieve the desired finish using vibratory finishing machine. In addition to the steel finish, the components also obtain smoothened and the sharp edges are radiused. This machine provides simple and user friendly process. The equipment involves reduced manpower and is virtually maintenance-free. Other components such as forks, levers, etc, can also be processed for deburring of machining burrs in the same machine.
