| Heatless air-dryers , manufactured by mellcon operates with high pressure . The pressure exerted, ranges from 230 to 400 bar g and is accompanied with air flowing from 30-200 cfm [50-340 m3/hr]. The unique high-pressure block valve design provides the heatless air-dryers with unparalleled reliability , easy maintenance and safety from dangerous high-pressure leaks. Integrated pre-filter and after- filter are given as standard equipment which makes installation a two-connection job. Suitable controls for offshore or hazardous duty applications of these heatless air-dryers are available on request. For various industrial applications where air/gas at high pressure in dry form is required, the company offers high-pressure air/gas dryer. These are mainly used in marine and defence applications, and high pressure industrial applications like air circuit breakers, high pressure generator starting, high pressure gas filling in bottles, etc. Features: fully automatic and ready to install; outlet dew point up to -60[c or better; and low power consumption.
