| Mellcon engineers has introduced a state-of-the- art package water chiller, ranging from 0.5 tr to 60 tr normal cooling capacity. The system is compact in design and is provided with a digital temperature controller where the chilled water temperature can be set as per requirement. The chillers are complete with pump and stainless steel tank with coil/phe chiller and are fully insulated. Standard chillers are available in air cooled/water cooled version with sealed/scroll/semisealed compressors. Initial cost is less and space requirement is very low as compared to conventional systems. The system operates in closed loop giving an outlet water pressure of 2 to 3 bars. Standard chillers are available in outlet water temp ranging from 12 to 25[c. However our customs built systems can be offered for outlet temperature as low as - 40[c and water pressure as high as 15 bar also, oil chillers are available in similar capacities. Complete systems are enclosed in powder coated sheet metal enclosure with easy access to all controls. Applications include chemical/pharmaceutical process, plastic processing like injection/blow molding, extruders, lamination, pp film, rigid pvc pipes, edm/spark erosion machine tools, etc.
