| New century machinery offers grea-site, an adjustable automatic grease lubricator, which can feed a persistent quantum of grease to the bearings. It can be rechargeable with a standard grease gun. It has a simple but compact construction that is tough enough to withstand any environmental conditions, tested by subjecting it to a long-standing test of durability and stability. The device can be applied for both anti-friction and plain bearings indoors or outdoors. The operating temperature can be from -20ºc to 125ºc. Its sturdy construction and compact design enables it to be installed in vibration prone and no supporting bracket type situation. Features and merits: decreases re-greasing labour cost; is rechargeable and hence economical; stable lubrication to elongate the life of bearings; lessens the bearings failure and also reduces maintenance cost and machine down time; enables regular lubrication and recharging of grease at hard-to-reach or narrow areas; improves working safety by eliminating the need to visit high temperature areas frequently; and the device made of good quality, high strength and corrosion resistant materials to ensure a long service life.
