Rajamane industries supplies multistage coolant pumps. The product range includes the series 100, 200, 300 and 400 rkm that delivers up to 40 lpm and have a pressure up to 24bar. The multistage coolant pumps are import substitute coolant pumps for many cnc, spm, gun-drilling and deep hole drilling machines. These are immersion type coolant pumps having double sealing arrangement, for leak free performance for years. The multistage coolant pumps from rajamane industries are centrifugal pumps, hence can be easily serviced to have original performance after 5-6 years of service. Salient features of the pumps: these are continuous rated coolant pumps and can handle particles of sizes up to 0.8 mm. This makes the filtration and maintenance easily operable. Uses and customization features of the coolant pumps: the gear pumps and vane pumps can be replaced with these coolant pumps on old cnc machines, spms, etc, for trouble free performance of the machine and save on tool tips. These are available at various sizes to suit the different discharge and pressure requirements. Since these pumps can deliver high discharge at lower heads, these can also be used for flushing, after high-pressure application, to clear the chips on the machine.
