These are special pumps designed to overcome the aluminium chips bundling problem. Most of the today`s automobile machining involves aluminium. These aluminum chips generated through machining forms into a ball, making is difficult to filter or break. The sfc series pumps break this ball of aluminium chips and cut them into small pieces and pump out of filtration. Specially designed and pretented blades cut and pump even cotton cloths, pencils, electric plastic, etc. This makes the filtration and chip conveyors job much easier and also eliminate frequent break down of the machine due to failure of filteration units chip conveyors or pumps. These pumps are available with flow rates from 200 to 2,600 ipm.
