| Rajamane industries, offers rr 50 series coolant pumps with low immersion depth and high pressure, for a variety of applications. The pumps in this series are available in 3 models and can develop a pressure of up to 6 bar with an immersion depth as law as 220 mm. Because of this low immersion depth, these are most suited for cnc machines, where there are restrictions on the pump dimensions. These are most suited for through tool cooling application thereby reducing tools wear and tear. Another application is washing/cleaning of components after machining, use of air being uneconomical due to 80% loss of total compressor air for such non productive usage. Special versions of these coolant pumps are available to handle thermal oils up to 200°c used in temperature controlling equipments. Motors vary from 0.4 kw to l.5 kw, pressure 0 6 bar.
