Wonderpack industries has launched high-speed automatic vacuum forming machines. Plastic articles as well as blisters can be formed at a speed of of 700 strokes/hour using techniques such as plug assist vacuum forming. The vacuum forming machines are compact and fully automatic roll fed. Forming, clamping, heating, loading and unloading are all automated. Three standard models are available which can process a wide range of thermoplastics such as pvc, hips, pp, and eps.
