Salient features of the electro magnetic yoke are as follows:
Can de-magnetize the job/area after completion of tests.
Quick changeover from ac to hwdc magnetizing field with easy push switch. Hwdc field is regulated.
Flexible pole legs easily adapt to the shape of the job surface for better magnetization and effective testing.
Adjustable leg covering inspection area up to 300mm.
Usages of electro magnetic yoke are as follows:
Most useful for testing turbine blades during maintenance/shut down.
For weld testing in large pipe welding or construction/fabrication.
For testing crankshafts /gears or similar critical components of automobiles.
For local spot testing in large fabrication jobs, castings etc.
Usage before x ray to rectify the defects and save cost.
