There are a wide range of permanent magnetic chucks. As a part of that microfine is a microfine pole round permanent magnetic chuck.
Salient features are as follows:
1. steel and brass laminated top plate.
2. these have fully extended pole, so no loss of working area.
3. detachable handle for easy use.
4. extremely low profile, for more wheel area.
5. made with super powerful ndfeb, new generation magnets.
6. variable power is obtained by varying rotation of handle.
7. unique design of the chuck minimizes the movement of top plate when switched on, resulting in better job accuracy.
Application areas are as follows:
Ideal for many tool room applications
Provides powerful holding power for thinner work pieces as well as for thicker work pieces.
Enables the grinding of thin objects and small objects that has hitherto been impossible.
Most suitable for grinding applications, for small to large and thin to thick. Attached to rotary grinders for operation.
