• Add to Inquiry Basket | Powermill cubic pole milling chucks manufactured by the east coast enterprises can remove heavy metal faster which meets the requirements of powerful cnc machines / machining centers. These chucks can be easily adaptable to flexible manufacturing system. These powermill cubic pole milling chucks provides all prerequisites for precision and safe operation by combining clamping of permanent magnets switched on/off with momentary electric pulse for few seconds. The clamping face comprises a series of powerful alternate poles, which can be manipulated to clamp uneven components with simple raiser steel blocks and mobile spring adjustable block, which also induces magnetic power to job. Epm chuck is cold operating and thus generate no heat. The chucks come in a solid construction with no moving parts and so remains stable and maintain accuracy when attached to a machine bed. Magnetic cubes with 2, 4, or 5 magnetic face upto 600 x 600 x 600 mm are manufactured for machining centers. The company also provides chucks in various sizes in single unit up to 600 x 2000 mm.
