Adam fabriwerk pvt. Ltd. Supplies fluidised bed dryer. These fluidised bed dryer includes the following thingsthe fluidised bed dryer from adam fabriwerk consists of the following: the product container has a conical shape and is mounted on a trolley fitted with a flange on top and an ss hollander weave screen at the bottom. These weave screen which is supported by an air distributor plate. Extending vertically above the product container is the expansion chamber made up of ss 304.By means of pneumatically operated cylinder tthe product container is lifted up to the expansion chamber by means of pneumatically operated cylinder. The product filter bags are provided with sufficient area and these product filter bags are connected to a pneumatically operated bag shaking device through a digital timer which are made up ofand are made from cotton cloth to prevent static charge. The product filter bag chamber is provided with an excess pressure flap. This excess pressure flap which ruptures if accidentally excess pressure develops inside the fluidised bed dryer. The air inlet port consists of a 5-micron filter . This 5-micron filter which traps dirt and suspended particles in the air and has an adjustable damper. Heating of air is provided by u tube air heaters for 60 kg and 100 kg models and by aluminium finned copper tube steam heaters for 150-250 kg models. A microprocessor based control panel is consists ofprovided with: auto bag shaking, and a digital temperature indicator for inlet and outlet air. Options available are:
- raking of product during fluidisation by slow speed raker;
- earth circuit relay to ensure proper earthing without which the blower will not start;
- and solid flow monitor to trip the blower if the product escapes the finger bags.
Uses are for drying of granules for tableting in pharmaceutical industry.
