| Marvel india machinery has developed versatile, high precision, high speed, light weight roll forming machine roll-o-matic for producing pittsburgh, double seam and other locks or profiles. The pittsburgh lock has a complex shape and is produced on the in-built [inboard] roll. The roll forming machine comes with sets of rolls for mounted on extended shafts and by changing rolls if necessary. These machines do not need any skilled labour and function in a more high speed with no adjustment and distortion even on gauges other than turning of dial gauge in comparison with welding or riveting work. This machine is able to regulate width for mating pieces with a feed speed of 25 feet per minute on model rom-5. The roll forming machine can provide rigid, free from distortion, uniform, factory-made appearance fabrication with no need of storage space as there is no need for stocking pre-fabricated fittings. The machine have the advantage of the joint having an increased strength which often provide the facility to use thinner gauges of sheets than for welded fabrications with much faster output and up to 50 % cut cost. The roll forming machine comes with hardened and ground case rolls, gears and shafts with needle bearings, jig bored side plates for accuracy in spacing of rolls and mesh of gears. The roll forming machine are light in weight and compact in design which allows free movement for site work.
