| Siemag industries offers an air dryer with several useful features. These include: wide range of sizes to suit any requirement 10, 25, 75, 100, 125, 200 and many more; calibrated needle valve to adjust purge flow to actual outlet flow and pressure conditions; overlapping cycle time to provide constant downstream pressure and dew point; normally open shuttle valves allow air flow through dryer if power failure should occur; integral wall mounting bracket on all models; easily installed-just make the air connections and plug in the electrical power cord; versatile piping options - two inlets and outlets in front, one inlet and outlet in rear; lightweight and compact; and trouble free and reliable performance. The air-dryer is essential equipment in industrial applications where: ultra-dry air or very low dew point [-40ºf pressure dew point] is required; installations where downstream air systems are exposed to ambient temperatures down to -40ºf [-40ºc]; pneumatic instrumentation and controls; paint spraying, plastic and epoxy coatings, powder coating; engineering and scientific laboratories; controllers, transmitters, valve positioners, operators, air bearing and air motors; audio-video cassette rewinding machines/cd plants; food packing/processing pharmaceuticals/tablet packing; and to protect actuators.
