The swing table is meant for flat and medium size components while the rotary drum can be used for cleaning and preening of small size components in batch. This combination guarantees cleansing or preening of components at optimum cost. The shot blasting machine is available in three capacities. The cabinet of the machine is fitted with a high performance blast wheel mounted on its roof and is lined with various types of liners. The abrasive recycling system comprises of a screw conveyor, bucket elevator and a spacious hopper. The nonstop removal of sand, scale, dust and broken pellets from the abrasives in circulation is ensured with the provision of an effective abrasive separator and dust collection system. An abrasive replenishing system is also supplied as an optional accessory which maintains constant supply of abrasives into the wheel unit. An abrasive flow-metering device is also fitted to assure right quantity of abrasives for every job thus reducing the wasteful consumption of abrasives. Surface finishing equipment company also supplies rotary screen separator, automatic operation sequence control system and automatic time control as optional accessories. A shot preening intensity measurement kit with an almen gauge, almen strip a and c, and a strip holder is also available.
