| Surface finishing equipment company offers has introduced the latest version of shot blasting machine. This shot blasting machine is used for lpg cylinders in two models. Various constructional features of this shot blasting machine are:the machine entails sturdy, robust and rugged designed blast cabinet, job conveying system the latest blast wheel station, dust collector and electric control panel. The cylinders are fed from inputside, on diabola conveyor which give with its rotation a double movement of roto-translation to cylinder [cylinder while moving forward also rotates]. A powerful and the latest low maintenance blast wheel is mounted on the top of work cabinet. This blast wheel which continuously fires stream of abrasive on incoming cylinders. To meet output requirement, the the conveyor speed is adjustable to meet output requirement. The machine also entails efficient abrasive recovery, separation and control system which continuously clean the abrasive of dust, debris, oversize and undersize particles. An abrasive control valve is provided to meter which meters the quantity of abrasive going into blast wheel unit. The centrifugal shot blasting system obsoletes and supersedes age old pneumatic shot blasting system as it is proved highly economical in operation. This shot blastinge machine entails all the latest features essentially required for a shot blasting machine. It can be equipped with vvarious optional accessories are also provided with this shot blasting machine like plc control abrasive replenishing system, automatic operation sequence control system and sound reducer, etc. The centrifugal shot blasting system obsoletes and supersedes age old pneumatic shot blasting system as it is proved highly economical in operation.
