The product 8 Mbps Optical Line Terminal Equipment is designed to be used in optical fibre network. The Optical Line Terminating Equipment works on single mode optical fibre at 1310 nm wavelength. This Optical Line Terminating Equipment shall have input signal from HDB3 coded 8448 kbps digital bit stream. Optical Line Terminating Equipment is a digital signal which is then converted into optical signal by LASER Diode and then transmits it through optical fibre. In receive direction; the optical signal is converted to digital signal using PIN FET. The output signal is HDB3 coded 8448 kbps digital bit stream.
