| Hydrox, a breakthrough technology from hydro-x a/s, denmark, effectively does conditioning of boiler water in industry. The method involves a physico-chemical treatment and is a blend of various organic and inorganic compounds, which react in a synergistic way in controlling different parameters of the boiler water. Hydrox contains organic compounds that are responsible for: prevention of scale formation, slackening of existing scales, construction of a corrosion protection layer, oxygen scavenging, sludge conditioning, and foam suppression. The inorganic compounds also ensure hardness, protect the iron surface, preserve the magnetite layer, and control the ph. As a net result, hydrox guarantees pure and neutral steam and longer boiler life. This technology is also very helpful because it is simple in application and it provides instant effect. Hydrox can be dosed incessantly without hindering boiler operation.
