| Shenoy engineering offers has developed automatic tools. These automatic tools are used for duplex chamfering and debarring, as an import substitute. The outstanding feature of these debarring tool include: in one go, the tool deburrs and produces a chamfer in a drilled hole both at the top as well as at the bottom. No change either in the spindle speed or in the direction of spindle rotation or in the job set up is required. This debarring toole tool can be deployed immediately after drilling. Neither manual interruption nor special operation skills are required at any stage of its use. The time required for duplex debarring and chamfering is about 10 seconds. Following are some of the hardware features of these debarring tools which include: the tool consists of only 4 parts shank, hss blade, fulcrum cum-lock screw and screw for adjusting blade projection. The blade, having certain unique features, is made of has and it undergoes a special heat treatment process, because of which it attains certain level of spring action. Special care is taken to ensure that the tool or its parts do not damage the bore. Standard tools are available in sizes from dia 4 mm to 24 mm in the steps of 0.5 mm. The holding shank is cylindrical, so that the tool can be mounted on the machine spindle through a drill chuck or collet. The robust construction, unique design features and heat treatment process for wear resistance make the tool. Aand the blade is highly endured de highly enduring under the most trying cutting conditions. The blade can be re-sharpened, when its cutting edges get blunt. Standard tools are available in sizes from dia 4 mm to 24 mm in the steps of 0.5 mm.
