Shenoy engg. Pvt. Ltd presents plano milling conversion kit.
the company had converted hundreds of old planers into planomillers. Planomilling conversion infuses a new lease of life into an old machine and makes the new machine last far longer than its expected life span. The existing planer can be converted as it is into a planomiller without reconditioning, if the existing inaccuracies are acceptable.
the prominent features of the products are as follows:
The spindle bearings are lubricated for life with imported molybdenum sulfide grease.
The castings of the milling head are made of grade 25 castings, stress-relieved
The gears of mhe-5 are spur and are toughened
The gears, spindle, and quill of all the other models of milling head are made of steel case hardened & grounded.
The bull gear and the mating gears of all models [other than mhe-5] are helical. The other gears are spur.
The spindle run out on id, od & face is within 10 microns.
