| Sec machines supplies plasma-1, a portable trolley system used for automatic welding and cutting. Plasma-1 is a sturdy, yet portable trolley system fashioned for smooth, precise and vibration free operation. This cost-effective and easy to operate portable trolley system is ideal for straight line, circular and bevel cutting [oxy-acetylene/plasma] or welding. The plasma-1 portable trolley system can also be distributed with weaving unit for automatic tig/mig welding. This plasma-1 portable trolley system is a four wheeled traversing systemwith a forward and reverse selector switch. A fine adjustment indexed selector knob can alter the system`s speed from 25 mm/min to 2500 mm/min. The plasma-1 portable trolley system from sec machines can also be offered with further slower or faster speeds. The controls of the portable trolley system are suitably located in the front and all in one place for easy and swift operation. Plasma-1 from sec machines comprises a long sliding arm, jerk free fine adjustment vertical slide, counter balance facility, two metres solid rail track, circle cutting attachment, illumination power switch, two speed ranges all confined in a thick gauge pressed steel body, which is externally protected from heat radiation by a large heat shield.
