Cmp pvt. Ltd. Offers centrifugal dryer which is special equipment. The salient features are as follows:
Pedal start- locks lid bolt, releases brake, puts heaters on.
Pedal stop- operates brake and unlocks lid bolt, puts heaters off.
It has easily removable basket for quick emptying.
Electric heating unit- which is a completely enclosed unit for safe working. Heaters can be arranged for continuous heating if required.
Ball bearing housing for central spindle
Only weekly greasing
The machine endows with interlocked operation of heaters, brakes and lid fastening giving rapid start and stop. This helps in saving drying time of small articles after electroplating, barrel burnishing, and avoiding use of saw-dust.
The unit has also found application in expelling oil from pressed/machined components.
