This automatic induction heating system find its applications in design and production both being elaborated and realised in its own factory. Induction hardening machine finds its applications in: peripheral surface hardening, tempering, annealing and flared flange heating at body components and shrinking-on.
This hardning machine is also valid for the machinery to be applied and the necessary controlling devices as well as for the frequency converters. In comparison with conventional furnace hardening, induction hardening systems offer various technological advantages as mentioned in the following: short hardening zones [if required, hardening under protective gas is possible]; reduced distortion owing to hardening process; reproducible results; and exactly defined local hardening [also possible at bulky workpieces]. Ema india provides universal vertical traverse hardening machine for the progressive, total area and circulation traverse hardening of different workpieces and hardening grespectively, clamping length of 500 mm up to 3000 mm.
