The special feature of this machine is that the machine achieves defect-free bending avoiding wrinkles, collapse, etc. Metal forming takes place by a drawing process in the cold condition. Process is good for mild steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous materials, etc. The machine has features such as nc control of bend angle, rotationally indexing facility on b axis, y-axis indexing to control distance between bends, and disappearing type of clamping jaws. These features ensure multiple bends to be done in sections and with a high level of repetition and dimensional control. These pipe bending machine is used in the production of automotive components, furniture, gymnasium equipment, display equipment, door handles, hydraulic joints, seating systems, etc. |
