| The driven cross roll series tube straightening machines offered by gallium industries are designed to handle tubes of outer diameter from 6 mm. To 170 mm. In different models. These machines are based on well proven rotary pressure and deflection principle of straightening, which provides very high degree of straightness ranging 1 mm. To 0.3 mm. In 1000 mm. The rolls are mounted in pairs and are driven. These are 6/10 driven cross roll type machines with automatic handling systems. These machines offer automatic plc control operation as well computerized roll setting [optional] operation. These machines are available in a range of 6mm-170mm od, 0.5mm-25.0mm thick, 3m-15m tube length, upto 1 in 3000 straightness [upto 1 in 5000 on request with 14 roll strengtheners], straightening speeds single/double/variable upto 180m/min.
