Pharmalab is engaged in manufacturing several packaging machines for pharmaceutical industry. As part of these machines, the company offers automatic multi head ropp capper & sealer. It is used for sealing metallic caps / plastic screw caps of different sizes on the bottles. The machine has robust construction. Automatic multi head ropp capper & sealer is provided with a rotary cap feeding hopper and slat conveyor for the incoming and outgoing bottles. An infeed worm and star wheel help to transfer the incoming bottles with caps. The synchronized movement of the bottles ensures accurate sealing. The driving mechanism consists of an electric motor with reduction gearbox and ac frequency variable drive for changing the speed.
