Filtech pharmalab presents 4/6/8 head automatic multi head ropp capper and sealer and automatic multi head screw capper that are useful for sealing metallic caps / plastic screw caps in various sizes on bottles. These machines are automatic and come in robust construction with rotary cap feeding hopper and a built in slat conveyor for incoming and outgoing of bottles. The automatic multi head ropp capper and sealer and automatic multi head screw capper machines are available with infeed worm & star wheel of appropriate size to transfer incoming bottles with caps and feed it under the sealing head. The synchronized movement of the bottles and the sealing mechanism of the automatic multi head ropp capper and sealer and automatic multi head screw capper machine provide the perfect sealing. Another starwheel and outgoing slat conveyor of the automatic multi head ropp capper and sealer and automatic multi head screw capper machine then further transport the sealed bottles. The driving mechanism of the automatic multi head ropp capper and sealer and automatic multi head screw capper machines is in the bottom cabinet for the main motor. This motor drives centre shaft along with sealing heads.
