Filtech pharmalab has developed automatic linear bottle washing machine. This automatic linear bottle washing machine complies with the complete cgmp standards of pharmaceutical industry. The bottles are loaded on ss woven belt conveyor by hydraulic loading platform provided with this machine and subsequently fed through wedge breaker mechanism. The bottles are lifted up from the conveyor and fed into the cup holders of washing section. The complete process of washing is done by eight subsequent air and water washes, which is a complete untouched process. This automatic linear bottle washing machine is provided with an in built programmable logic controller to monitor the operations.
