Filtech pharmalab provides filtration system for sterile grade liquid injectables. This filtration system comes in the combinations of pressure regulator; pressure vessel; membrane filter holder; and sterile filling vessel. The liquid to be filtered is stored in the pressure vessel and transferred to membrane filter holder by nitrogen, under pressure regulation. The filtered liquid is then collected in the sterile filling vessel for subsequent filling into vials/ampoules. The sterile vessels in this filtration system are available in 20 - 200 ltrs capacities as a standard as well as higher capacity. The membrane filter holder in the system is available in 90, 142 & 293 mm diameter sizes with or without in-built bubble testing facility. The equipments provided in this sterile grade filtration units are made from ss 316 materials whereas the sealing gaskets are made of silicon.
