Pharmalab offers super heated water spray sterilizer for terminal sterilization of liquids in plastic bottles/flexible plastic bags. This system provides advantages of heating and cooling done with circulating water in closed system and using water as heat transfer medium sterilizes water along with the product and therefore present no hazard to the product. The water gets heated by passing through the exchanger and sprayed on the product through the nozzles from upper part of the chamber. Flow rated high water ensure uniform temperature distribution maintained throughout the chamber during sterilization phase. The heat exchanger is fed with cooling medium and circulating water gets cooled sprayed onto the product thus reducing temperature to desired level during the cooling phase.
