Sterilizers are designed as per the asme standards.
Chamber is made from aisi 316 l and jacket from aisi 316.
Sterilizers are supplied with full jackets that are dimple welded to the chamber.

All the interconnecting pipelines are from aisi ss 316.
The entire framework is built in ss 304.
A flush mounted ss panel is provided on the sterile side to isolate it from the non sterile side.

Plc based control system ensures precise control of process parameters. Pid loop incorporated in the plc ensures no over-shooting of temperature during sterilization hold period. Rs.232 port enables the printing of process parameters on a printer.
Sterilizers are enclosed with access doors and removable panels built in ss 304 having 180 grit mirror finish [optional].
