Precision pineapple jumbo core winder is manufactured by tmw. This cone winder is provided with cast iron cam and 200 mm traverse. The machine is fitted with oil emulsion attachment. Some of the technical features of this cone winder which include: each spindle runs individually on two ball bearings and when yarn breaks, it stops automatically ;spindles are also fitted with positive sizing attachments for uniform dia package. For especially fine synthetic yarn, a low fusion device is fitted for tension control. All guides coming into contact with yarn are processed and hard chrome plated with mirror-finish; they can be plasma ceramic coated if necessary. The speed of the yarn is 250/400 m/minute.
