| Aurangabad metal products offers castings ranging from 0.05-250 kg in single piece. The company is also producing co2 process and shell moulding process. Its strength lies in the ability to produce quality sand casting of high alloys, namely: corrosion resistant steel alloys - grade ca-15, ca-40, cf8, cf8m, cg8m; heat resistant steel alloys - grade hf, hh, hk, ht, hu, hx; abrasion resistant steel alloys - ni-hard, manganese, ni-resist d2, hc-hc; special alloys - steelite grades, tool steels [cobalt, tungsten, molly]; and super alloys - hastelloy, alloy 20, monel, worthite, carpenter grades. The company has in-house pattern making, proof machining and heat treatment facilities to ensure its customer requirement are fulfilled at a single point. Core competency: providing machinery spares to paper mill machinery manufacturers, heat treatment furnace manufacturers and shot blasting machinery manufacturers; supplying vital tooling requirements like piercing plug, guide shoe to seamless tube plants; manufacturing heat resistant castings like trays, blocks, grids, rollers, diffusers, etc, for high temperature furnaces; and making boiler fitments like tube spacers, support lugs/bars, link guides, ferrules, spacers for power boiler manufacturers weighing from 50 gm and above.
