Amp manufactures quality castings ranging from 0.05 kg to 250 kg in single piece. The company also has get facilities to produce castings by the co2 process and shell moulding process. Its strength lies in the ability to produce quality sand casting of casting of high alloys, namely: corrosion resistant steel alloys; heat resistant steel alloys; abrasion resistant steel alloys; special alloys such on steelite grades, tool steels; and super alloys like hastelloy, alloy 20, monel, worthite, carpenter grades. Core competency: providing machinery spares to paper mill machinery manufacturers, heat treatment furnace contractors manufacturing heat resistant castings like trays, blocks, grids, rollers, diffusers, etc, for high temperature furnaces; and making boiler fitments like tube spacers, support lugs/bars, link guides, ferrules, spacers for power boiler manufactures weighing from 50 gm and above.
