Jaypee engg & hydraulic equipment manufactures vibrating road roller, jpr-60 mini vibroll. These kind of vibrating road roller are self-propelled, compact and general purpose vibrating roller. It has a width of 650 mm and weight of 650 kg. Both the rolls are driven and vibrated, to achieve desired compaction, at an applied force of 4.90 tonnes at a vibrating frequency of 75 hz to obtain excellent surface finish. Mini vibroll is universally used for trench reinstatement, minor road works, road widening and lane repairs. Simple routine maintenance keeps it going for years. As both rolls are driven and vibrating, desired compaction is achieved quicker with less number of passes. Due to low weight it can be transported on a light truck or trailer behind a jeep from one site to another. The applicable areas of this kind of instruments include: designed for general compaction duties, e.G.: sub base, base course, bituminous surfaces, patch work, road building, trench reinstatement, sports ground, forest trails, factories, housing colonies, irrigation canals, etc. Jpr-60 can solve compaction problems where static road rollers cannot be deployed.
