Finex sieves offers which are fastest and most efficient fluidised mixers. These products have two counter rotating paddle action. It offers complete homogeneity with mix variance that is less than 1 percent in seconds rather than minutes, and also protect from re-segregation in mixing cycles, even where the particles are of widely different sizes and density. In this system the power is discharged in bulk through a door [full bottom opening] at the bottom of the mixing chamber for very quick discharge and elimination of re-segregation. This system is based on a european system where slow counter rotating paddies give a fluidised zero gravity zone. In this zone all particles are in random movement. Liquid addition applies directly through spray nozzles mounted directly above the mixing chamber. The mixing cycle time is declined to seconds and by a fast discharge the mixer gives a through output/per hour of up to 60 times the rated capacity. The short cycle time and slow paddle speed shows that even the most fragile material can be handled without mechanical or friction at induced heat damage. The company produces a wide range of mixers from 20 to 5000 liters, using 1 hp to 75 hp power.
