| Finex presents model sr xx rotating screen drum and finex presents rotating screw feed impeller sifter and rotating drum sifter. The product is keptfed into feed hopper and it is carried by feeder screw into a rotary drum. The rotary drum is fitted with the required size of screen mesh. The continuous rotation of sieving drum formscreates bead scheme to the periphery of the sieve mesh. A centre support impeller fitted with nylon brushes having different speeds which permitsallows the product to for passing the sieve mesh and for convey oversize and undersize of particles separately. Differential speed of rotating sieving drum and rotating impeller providesgives optimum separation result. And it keeps screen thoroughly clean. The concept of rotating drum siffer general arrangement is not only efficient but also ensures long screen life with ease of screen change/replacement .And it consumes less power at the same time yielding higher screening capacity. The advantage over other screening machines is that no screen choking or build up of material on screen which ensures very long screen life. Rotating drum sifterthe machine can controlhandle very large capacity screening of powders ranges from 500 kg to 1,200 kg/hr. User areas are all powders, specially metal powders, ceramics, minerals, pharmaceuticals, flour, sticky food powders, powder coatings, etc.
