| Finex introducespresents high speed stationary screen centrifugal sifter., which it is a closed type dust proof dry powder screening devicemachine. The powder is conveyed into the screening zone with a short screw. Which rotary sifter breaks any loose agglomerations. The force of the whirling paddles screens the material through the entire screen surface. A nylon, stainless steel or mild steel wire mesh or perforated screen is securely joinedattached to the easily removable cylindrical frame mesh basket. The flexible screen cloth is automatically kept clean by the centrifugal turbulence, created in the mesh basket and the brushes that gently brush against the screen. With the oversize outlet even fibrous contaminates can be removed successfully since they are oriented lengthwise and are carried across the screen opening horizontally. The screener is unaffected by electrostatically charged material. The rotary screening device machine is used for safety screening before and after processing .And the rotary screening deviceensures that no foreign objects such as insects, rocks, hard lumps, etc, contaminate the product. Hydroscopic products and other powders stored in bags or bulk contain lumps which are problematic. The screener breaks the soft lumps. And tthe hard lumps are aerated prior to mixing which increases system throughput which . It also extracts removes the hard lumps that are invariably left after flash dryer or spray dryer operation. And it is best suited for to classifying differentiate very fine powders from 100 mesh to 500 mesh where percentage of fineness are more than coarse. Suitable for applyuse with due to low density powders such as plastic powders, moulding powders, very fine minerals, chemicals, milk powder, flour, food mixes and also for breaking broken biscuits, separation of damaged paper, tea bags and tea. Capacities range from 100 kg/hr to 6000 kg/hr. Power required is 1 hp to 3 hp, which dependsing on the model. Various models are available as per requirement. Areas of applicationuse are chemical, flour, cereal, plastic powders, minerals, ceramics, powder coatings, pharmaceutical industries among others.
