The Non- Vibrating Rotary Sifters of model Mini SR, Model SR and Twin SR is used for separation of fine, free flow, nonabrasive powders from 60 to 300 mesh.
Key features of the Non- Vibrating Rotary Sifters:
Material is fed via a screw feeder impellor rotating between 600 to 2800rpm, between a stationary screen basket having a screen fitted very tightly
The impeller and basket are fitted horizontally in a closed dust proof body
From the top material is fed from bottom the fine and coarse powders are collected.
Separation of powder is effected by the air turbulence created by the impeller which pushes out finer powder through the screen aperture.
Oversize is rejected from the front.
