Salient features of the Ultra Fine Grinding Mill:
Screen less pulverizer having vane type rotor with fixed tips rotating in a stationary peripheral liner having a large throughput area.
Grinding takes place by mechanical impact and particle interaction.
There is a gap plate between rotor and in built blower that controls particle size.
The grinding chamber is kept cool by circulation of chilled water in the outer grinding chamber which is jacketed.
Regulated feed is done by vibrator
Pneumatic conveying system is connected for collection of ground powders.
