| When a motor is operated under less than full load, energy in a large amount gets wasted. Hi-tech has developed an intelligent motor controller [imc] that utilises powerful micro-controller for continuous monitoring of motor efficiency, motor`s load and ensure optimum amount of voltage and current power is required to complete the job. Imc responds immediately if it recognizes slight changes in demand and matching input power exactly as load changes, thus saving energy. The intelligent motor controllers are available with soft start and soft stop built-in to 3 phase imc units providing controlled starting and stopping with ramp times and current limit settings selection to suit all individual applications. The intelligent motor controllers are available with salient features like less mechanical stress, improving and controlling power factor, reduces maximum demand, reduces iron and copper losses, gives energy saving without loss of rpm or loss of production in comparison to vfd, reducing co2 emissions, reduce motor temperature, increases motor life span, etc. The other products provided by the company are cyclic load energy savers, welding set energy savers, igbt or thyrister base various types of power savers, etc.
