• Add to Inquiry Basket | Hi-tech energy saving equipments provides intelligent motor controllers [imcs] that are energy savers for ac induction motors. When a motor is operating under less than full load, a large amount of energy is being wasted. The imc utilise a powerful microcontroller, which continuously monitors motor efficiency, motor`s load and ensures the optimum amount of power [voltage & current] is required to complete the job of work. Slight changes in demand is recognized and the imcs respond immediately by matching the input power exactly as the load changes, thus saving energy. Soft start and soft stop is built-in to 3-phase imc units, providing controlled starting and stopping with a selection of ramp times and current limit settings to suit all applications. Salient features include: less mechanical stress, improv & control power factor, reduce maximum demand, reduce losses of iron & copper, give energy saving without loss of rpm or loss of production in comparison to vfd, reduce carbon dioxide emissions, reduce temperature of motor, increase life span of motor, etc. Also offered are cyclic load energy savers, welding set energy savers, lgbt or thyristor-based various types of power savers, etc. |
