| Shashaco chucks manufactures chucks with proportioned hard forward jaws & reverse jaws which provide maximum length of contact in guides with minimum weight. The company provides these chucks with heat treatment to obtain optimum conditions of strength and hardness on jaw teeth and gripping face accurately ground. The company provides these chucks with grade 25 with hardness 180-210bhn body and high strength cast iron robust jaw guides and ample bearing areas for working parts whereas the scroll plate is made from tough alloy steel inspected for accuracy. The pinion of these chucks is alloy steel constructed,heat treated which provide high strength and hardness compatible with freedom from breakage.
