| Sando offers high speed mixers generally used for mixing highly viscous materials with viscosities ranging from 10,000 to 100,000 cp along with simultaneous heating or cooling. The mixer essentially comes in various capacities ranging from 12 to 3,000 litres provided with facilities like tilting mechanism for discharge, cleaning, sterilisation, heating, cooling, temperature measuring and controlling unit. High speed mixer essentially consists of the following units: [1] dissolver: it helps to achieve desired fineness of the product. [2] stirrer scraper: it helps in mixing and scraping the product from the vessel walls and the floor in a continuous motion, and ensures even temperature throughout the product.
