| Multiflo engineers offers mercury analyser to meet specific application and throughput needs. These systems are designed for trace level analysis of total mercury and mercury species in a wide variety of matrices. Ease of use - embedded front panel touch controls for easy operation and mercury guru software for pc integration. The model ill is a state of the art cold vapour atomic fluorescence spectrometer [cvafs] mercury detector capable of detection limits of less than a picogram of mercury. Reputation: used in many leading research institutes, universities and commercial labs worldwide and the only us manufactured instrument listed in us epa methods 245.7, 1630 and 1631. Total mercury systems- it has a complete line of total mercury systems for mercury analysis by u.S. Epa methods 1631 and 245.7. Detection limits of less than 0.1 parts per trillion in water and less than 0.1 parts per billion in solids are achievable with our total hg systems. Total mercury systems by epa method 1631 for water or solids or for air monitoring use gold amalgamation for pre-concentration of mercury and removal of interferences, thus vastly improving sensitivity and accuracy. Methyl mercury systems: this allows customers to analyse environmental samples by u.S. Epa method 1630, using ethylation, purge and trap, gc separation, pyrolytic combustion and atomic fluorescence detection. Air monitoring systems: indoor and outdoor air monitoring systems consist of a gas sampling pump, a model ill and the acm, and can be set up for air sampling from multiple locations simultaneously with analysis completed in three minutes start to finish.
