| Long chang machinery & co, ltd, taiwan, offers aa vertical machining centre, model mcv 641, is offered by long chang machinery & co, ltd, taiwan. This machining center which has some constructional features: a working surface of 900 x 400 mm. Certified meehanite castings are used on major components for close grain composition, higher tensile strength and longer wear resistance; . The box type design of main body enhances the life of the machine is enhanced by the box type design of the main body. All slideways are induction hardened and precision ground. The mating surfaces are coated with turcite ® b lining material. For durability and easy maintenance, the spindle is designed for durability and easy maintenance. The high speed model can be run up to 9,000 rpm for machining jobs in the aerospace, electronic or pneumatic tool industries. The heavy duty model is provided with spindle speeds up to 3,000 rpm. These models are suitable for machining jobs in the mould making industries or those involving steel, aluminium or cast iron materials. Various other models of vertical and horizontal machining centres with strokes up to 1,500 mm are also available.
