These equipments are widely used in various industries like chemical, pharmaceutical, ayurvedic product, cosmetic, food processing. The company is offering batch fractional distillation unit. It is used to distil multi-component mixtures efficiently under atmospheric pressure and under reduced pressures. The capacity of this unit is 50 litres to 5000 litres reboiler with 5 to 30 theoretical stages. The company provides a mechanical agitator along with the reboiler to boil up the mixture without localiosed heating. This system is very useful to shun the thermal shocks. There is no chance of over heating as this unit has controlled heating facility. This unit designed in such a way so that low hetp and low-pressure drop across the column can be obtained. The exclusive unique reflux distribution system with control panel and adjustable program enable smooth seperation. Because of the unique design of condenser low pressure drop is achieved across it. The accurate design of sub cooler help to sub cool the whole matter the desired temperature before it is taken out. The vacating facility eliminates the distillate easily without disturbing the vacuum of the system. The column can be switched over to any vacuum pump at any time with a special quality of vaccum manifolds. There are sufficient vapour traps for trapping the uncondensed vapour. This process prevents the vapours from entering the vacuum pumps. The company also offers machined flanges, appropriate gaskets and leak proof accessories |
